                        Do not depress the brake pedal with the brake rotors and/or the brake drums removed, or with the brake calipers repositioned away from the brake rotors, or damage to the brake system may result.

         Procedures
        Without disconnecting the hydraulic brake flexible hose, pivot the caliper and bracket assembly upward and secure with heavy mechanics wire, or equivalent.

                        Whenever the brake rotor has been separated from the wheel bearing flange, clean any rust or foreign material from the mating surface of the rotor and flange with the CH 42450 hub cleaning kit. Failure to do this may result in increased lateral runout of the rotor and brake pulsation.

         Procedures
        Clean the hub/axle flange and the brake rotor mating surfaces from any rust or corrosion.
