Preliminary Procedure

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2. Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

Rear Axle Upper Control Arm Inner Fastener

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedures

Torque on nut.

Tighten

70 Nm (52 lb ft) + 90 degrees + 15 degrees

Rear Axle Upper Control Arm Outer Fastener

Procedures

Torque on nut.

Tighten

115 Nm (85 lb ft) + 90 degrees + 15 degrees
