Engine Coolant Heater Combustion Fan Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure

1.	Remove the engine coolant heater. Refer to Engine Coolant Heater Replacement .

2.	Remove the 4 heater coolant heater exchanger fasteners (1).

3.	Solve the heat exchanger housing cover (2).

4.	Release the enigne coolant inlet and outlet pipe (3).

5.	Remove the old gasket (4).

Installation Procedure

1.	Note Use NEW gasket. Install the NEW gasket (1).

2.	Install the enigne coolant inlet and outlet pipe (2).

3.	Install the heat exchanger housing cover (3).

4.	Install the 4 heater coolant heater exchanger fasteners (4).

5.	Install the engine coolant heater. Refer to Engine Coolant Heater Replacement .
