EN-845 Suction Device

For equivalent regional tools, refer to LINK.

Removal Procedure


1. Remove both camshafts. Refer to LINK.

2. Remove the valve lifter with the EN-845 suction device (1).


3. Remove the 16 valve lifter (1).

Note

The identification number is on the inside of the valve lifter (arrow).


Determine valve lifter size.



Installation Procedure


1.
Note

Observe the correct assignment.

Coat the sliding surfaces with NEW engine oil.


Install the 16 valve lifter (1).


2. Install the valve lifter with the EN-845 suction device (1).

Note

Before installation examine both camshafts for mechanical wear.


Install both camshafts. Refer to LINK.
