Engine Front Cover and Oil Pump Installation

/ 9-5 (9650) / 2011 / 2. Engine / Basic engine, 2.0 l petrol / Adjustment/replacement / Engine Front Cover and Oil Pump Installation

1.	Install the engine front cover (1) with a new gasket (2).

2.	Refer to Fastener Caution . Note The center bolt (1) should be tightened last. Install the engine shield bolts and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft) .

3.	Install the long water pump bolt (1) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft) .

4.	Install the accessory drive belt tensioner (1).

5.	Install the accessory drive belt tensioner bolt and tighten to 45 Nm (33 lb ft) .
