1.

Note
|
Consider the appropriate screwing on points for the EN-6125-5.
|
Install lateral took up EN-6125-5 (1) for EN-6125-4 at assembly fixture.
|
2.
|
Install the EN-6125-4 (1).
|
3.
|
In order to guarantee that the holders can be installed perfectly, the spark plug threads must cleaned from combustion residues. For this purpose insert the thread tap M14 x 1.25 (1) into the spark plug thread and pivot evenly.

|
Turn the cylinder head baseplate.
|

Note
|
There are 2 kinds of counter holder. Type A and Type B. Choose the correct type for the existing combustion chamber.
|
Install the counter holder.
|

Note
|
Depending upon the combustion chamber organization, it must be used different holders to protect the valves.

Install the
EN-6167
counter holder (1). Fasten the
EN-6125-3
mounting equipment (3) with safety lock pins. Screw the fixing screws (2). Turn the cylinder head baseplate again.

In order that no special tools shall be damaged during the subsequent removal of the valve wedges, the valve retainers should be released with
EN-6171 (1)
relieving tool. Put the
EN-6171
release tool on the valve retainers and with a short impact of a rubber hammer all valve retainers will loose (setting behavior).

Note
|
In order to ensure that neither tools or components are damaged, the depressing tool (1) must touched down parallel to the valve retainer. Select the appropriate thread in lever. If the depressing tool should not be able to touched down parallel, than the lever tool must adjusted accordingly.

Use depressing tool (1) with lever. Execute low pressure to the valve retainers until they are exonerative. Infer the valve wedges.

Remove the upper valve retainers and valve springs and place them in sequence on
EN-849
assembly tray.
Release the valve stem sealings through screwing with
EN-840
remover (1) and take off from the valve guides.

12.
|
Remove lower valve retainers from the cylinder head and place them on the
EN-849
assembly tray (1).
|
14.
|
Turn the cylinder head baseplate. Remove wooden board
EN-6125
Mounting Equipment and/or counter holder.
|
15.
|
Remove all valves in sequence and place them on the
EN-849
assembly tray (1).
