Torque Angle Sensor Kit

1.

Note

|
Do not use any sealing material.
|
Install the NEW cylinder head gasket to block (2) at the engine block (3).
|
|
2.
|
Install the cylinder head.
|
|

Note
|
|
Always use new cylinder head bolts.
|
Install the 10 NEW cylinder head bolts.
|
|
4.
|
Tighten the 10 NEW cylinder head bolts in 4 passes:
|
|
|
4.1.
|
First pass in sequence to
65 Nm(48 lb ft)
.
|
|
|
4.2.
|
Second pass in sequence to an additional
90 degrees
using the
EN 45059
angle sensor.
|
|
|
4.3.
|
Third pass in sequence to an additional
90 degrees
using the
EN 45059
angle sensor.
|
|
|
4.4.
|
Fourth pass in sequence to an additional
90 degrees
using the
EN 45059
angle sensor.
