Engine Block Assemble



1. Install the coolant jacket plugs (1, 2).


2. Lubricate the crankshaft position sensor O-ring with engine oil.


3. Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the crankshaft position sensor (2) and bolt (1).

Tighten the crankshaft position sensor bolt to 9 Nm (80 lb in) .

4. Install the piston oil nozzles (2).


5. Install the piston oil nozzle bolts (1).

Tighten the piston oil-nozzle bolts to 9 Nm (80 lb in) .
