Special Tools

• EN 45059 Torque Angle Sensor Kit

• EN-46789 Camshaft fixing tool


For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools


1. Install the intake camshaft (1).


2. Install the intake camshaft sealing ring (2).

3. Install the EN-46789 camshaft fixing tool.


4. Install the intake camshaft sprocket (1).

5. Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the NEW intake camshaft sprocket bolt (2) in 2 passes:

5.1. First pass in sequence to 30 Nm(22 lb ft) .

5.2. second pass an additional 52° .
