Intake Manifold Installation (2.0L Diesel LBS, LBX, and LBY)

/ 9-5 (9650) / 2011 / 2. Engine / Basic engine, 4-cylinder diesel / Adjustment/replacement / Intake Manifold Installation (2.0L Diesel LBS, LBX, and LBY)

1.	Install the intake manifold (2).

2.	Install the 4 NEW intake manifold gaskets.

3.	Refer to Fastener Caution . Install the nine intake manifold nuts (3) and tighten to 22 Nm (17 lb ft) .

4.	Install the fuel injection pump bracket stud (1).
