Preliminary Procedure

1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LAU/A28NER) Cooling System Draining and Filling (LBS/A20DTH) Cooling System Draining and Filling (LHU/A20NFT) .

2. Remove the radiator outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (Diesel) Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LAU/A28NER) Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LHU/A20NFT) .

3. Remove the radiator surge tank engine hose. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Engine Hose Replacement .

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten

10 Nm (89 lb in)
