Preliminary Procedure

1. Turn OFF the ignition.

2. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air hose. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Replacement (Diesel) Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Replacement (LAU/A28NER) Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Replacement (LLU/A16LET) .

Throttle Body Module Fastener (Qty: 4)

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

Disconnect the wiring harness connector.

Tighten

8 Nm (70 lb in)

Throttle Body Adapter

Throttle Body Seal (Qty: 2)

Note

Use NEW throttle body seals.
