| Removal Procedure | 
| 1. | 
        
         
 Relief the fuel pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief .  |

        Remove engine sight shield. Refer to
        
         Engine Sight Shield Replacement
        
        .
         |

| 3. | 
        Remove the fastener (1) from the fuel pump module (2) with
        
         EN-796-A
        
        remover.
         
        
         | 
      |
| 4. | 
        Remove the fuel feed pipe plastic (3) with
        
         EN-796-A
        
        remover from the fuel feed pipe metal (4).
         | 
      |
| 5. | 
        Remove the 2 fasteners (1) and get out the fuel feed pipe metal (2).
         
        
         | 
      |
| Installation Procedure | 
| 1. | 
        Refer to
        
         Fastener Caution
        
        .
         Install the 2 fasteners (1) to the intake manifold but do not tighten yet.  
        
         | 
      |
| 2. | 
        Install the fastener (2) to the fuel pump module and tighten to
        
         30 Nm (22 lb ft)
        
        with the fitting tool
        
         GE-6600-207
        
        and torque wrench
        
         GE-611
        
        .
         | 
      |
| 3. | 
        Tighten the 2 fasteners (1) to
        
         7 Nm (62 lb in)
        
        .
         | 
      |
| 4. | 
        Install the fuel feed pipe plastic to the fuel feed pipe metal.
         | 
      |
