| System Testing |
| 1. |
Clean all of the fuel system lines using brake cleaning solvent, and let dry. For example, the fuel injection pump, the fuel injectors and rail, and supply lines.

Add 250 g of oil dye to the fuel tank.
|
|
| 3. |
Start and idle the engine for 3-5 minutes.
|
|
| 4. |
Inspect for fuel leaks around the fuel injection pump, fuel rails, and fuel supply lines with a EN 28428-E High-Intensity Black Light Kit. A fuel leak should not exist. |

If a fuel leak is located, tighten or replace any leaking lines or components.
