Preliminary Procedure

1. Turn OFF the ignition.

2. Remove the engine sight shield.

3. Remove the charge air cooler outlet air tube. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Replacement (Diesel) Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Replacement (LAU/A28NER) Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose Replacement (LLU/A16LET) .

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten

10 Nm (89 lb in)
