Rear Spring Replacement (GNE)

Preliminary Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

2. Remove the rear tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

3. Remove and support the brake calliper, without disconnecting the hydraulic brake hose from the caliper. Refer to Rear Brake Caliper Replacement (J60) Rear Brake Caliper Replacement (J61, J62)

4. Release the stabilizer shaft. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement (GNC) Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement (GNE) .

Procedure

Use the compressor CH-49671 to compress the spring.
