Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel lower center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Center Trim Panel Replacement .

2. Remove the headlamp switch molding. Refer to Headlamp Switch Molding Replacement .

3. Remove the turn signal multifunction switch. Refer to Turn Signal Multifunction Switch Replacement .

4. Remove the windshield wiper and washer switch. Refer to Windshield Wiper and Washer Switch Replacement .

5. Remove the hazard warning switch. Refer to Hazard Warning Switch Replacement .

Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Fastener (Qty: 4)

Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Retainer (Qty: 10)

Procedure

Use a flat-bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the retaining clips securing the upper trim panel to the instrument panel.

Note

Apply protection tape on the instrument panel to prevent scratches and pressmarks on instrument panel surface. The flat-bladed plastic trim tool and retainers may cause damage.
