The microswitch for the tailgate is located behind the right cover for the rear fog lights/rear lights. Remove the switch from the clip.

Unplug the green connector from the bracket by moving the connector to the side.
Unplug the connector from the microswitch. |
|
| 3. |
Fit in reverse order
|
