Fault symptom

Doors disconnected from alarm

LED flashes during delay period

Action


1. Connect ISAT and select "READ VALUES", then select "DOOR". Open/close the doors and read off the display.

2. If it is incorrect, connect BOB and check the voltage by measuring between control module connection 3 and a good grounding point while repeating step 1.

The voltage must be:

open door - 0 V

closed door - 12 V

If the voltage is correct, continue fault diagnosis on page .

3. If the voltage is incorrect, check the wiring harness for short-circuit/open circuit by measuring the resistance between ICE control module connection pin 31 and theft alarm connection pin 3.

The resistance should be < 1 Ohm.

4. If the malfunction remains despite the above checks, continue fault diagnosis according to Service Manual 3:5 Electrical system, instrument in section "Fault diagnosis ICE".
