General check

If the control module cannot be contacted or is completely out of order (that is, the alarm cannot be activated with the key in the driver door turned to the theft alarm position), check the following:

1.	Check fuses see .

2.	Check voltage supply and grounding see .

3.	Check data link connector, see

4.	If the malfunction persists after these checks, continue see .
