Background

An incorrectly set soldering machine at our supplier of relay part no. 85 22 310 may cause intermittent loss of certain electrical functions.

Diagnostic procedure

Change the following relays.

Main fuse box in dashboard

Relay board (under dashboard by steering wheel).

Marking the modification identity plate

The modification identity plate is to be marked with number 8 in box "B1" if the work was carried out by the dealer or with the number 7 if carried out by the importer. See Service Information 010-052
