Cold downdraught from steering wheel
|
Saab 900 model year 1994–97 with four-spoke steering wheel.
After standing in cold surroundings for a while, the airbag module in the steering wheel will have become cold. This results in a cold downdraught making the hands and knees of the driver cold despite the cabin temperature being normal. The airbag module has a large mass and requires a long time to warm up.
In order to help customers with this complaint, a weatherstrip can be fitted on the airbag module to reduce the risk of downdraught.
(10) 51 70 774 Weatherstrip airbag EPDM.
