Mount the car in an alignment bench with measuring fixture and align as necessary.
|

Drill out the spot welds securing the junction plate.
|
|
3.
|
Grind down the seam welds securing the junction plate.
|
|
4.
|
Knock away the junction plate and align any deformed metalwork.
|
|
5.
|
Grind the areas to be welded on the spare part.
|
|
6.
|
Use a grinder to clean the areas on the body that are to be welded.
|
|
7.
|
Put the junction plate in place and secure it with some welding clamps.
|
|
8.
|
Weld on the junction plate.
|
|
9.
|
Apply primer to all bare metal surfaces. Use Standox 1K Füllprimer.
|
|
10.
|
Seal joints and metal folds with putty. Use Terostat 1K-PUR.
|
|
11.
|
Apply anti-corrosion agent to internal surfaces after painting. Use Terotex HV 400.
