Replacement of evaporative emission canister

1.

Lift up the car and remove right-hand front wheel.
|
|
2.
|
Remove the inner wing.
|
|
3.
|
Disconnect the hoses and make a note of their positions.
|
|
4.
|
Unhook the evaporative emission canister.
|
|
5.
|
Hook on the new evaporative canister.
|
|
6.
|
Refit the hoses in their correct positions.
|
Important
|
|
Do not mix up the hoses.
|
|
|
|
|
7.
|
Refit the inner wing and the wheel.
Tightening torque 110 Nm (81 lbf ft) (pressed steel wheel)
Tightening torque 120 Nm (89 lbf ft) (light alloy wheel)
|
|
8.
|
Lower the car to the floor.
|
