Fault symptom
Since incorrect battery voltage usually causes trouble in other
system functions, these diagnostic trouble codes are for the most part
generated together with other diagnostic trouble codes.
Condition
Voltage higher than >16 V or lower than <10 V for more than 60 seconds
after starting.

Activate the ISAT command
"BATTERY VOLTAGE" in the "READ
FUNCTIONS" menu.
Check the battery and charging system and rectify any faults.

Check that the MOTRONIC control module supply voltage is correct on
pins 18, 27 and 37, and that pins 2, 14, 19 and 24 are properly
connected to a good ground.
