Replacing MOTRONIC engine harness (6-cyl.)

1.
|
Mark all connections and connectors carefully
before disconnecting the component in the engine bay.
|
|
2.
|
Unplug the TRIONIC control module connector, the 10-pin connector and the 33-pin connector on the right-hand side under the dashboard.
|
|
3.
|
Pull the 3, alternatively 4 connector into the engine bay.
|
|
4.
|
Fit the new wiring harness.
Check the connector colour codes and lead codes carefully against the wiring diagrams in Service Manual "3:2 Electrical system, Wiring diagrams".

Note

|
Secure the wiring harness in a suitable way to prevent rattling!
