To remove |
Remove the gearbox as described in Section 431 "Dismantling, assembly".
1. |
Remove the screw on the fork to the clutch bearing and pull out the clutch lever's shaft.

Remove the de-clutching bearing.

Fitting |

Fit the de-clutching bearing together with the fork.
|
2. |
Fit the shaft.
|
3. |
Loosely fit the screw on the fork and turn the fork so that the play between bearing and clutch case disappears.

4. |
Tighten the screw on the fork.
Tightening torque: 25 ± 2 Nm (18.5 ± 1.5 lbf ft)

Fit the gearbox as described in Section "Dismantling, assembly".
