Remove the pressure pipe between the charge air cooler and throttle body and seal the hose to prevent dirt from entering it.

Lift up the power steering fluid reservoir and turn it to one side.
|
3.
|
Unplug the three sensor connectors.
|
4.
|
Press the connectors out of the holder.
|
5.
|
Undo the three screws and lift out the holder.
|
6.
|
Look for the sensors' wiring harness and pull it towards the radiator.
|
7.
|
Snip the cable ties holding the wiring harness together.
|
8.
|
Unscrew the temperature sensor and remove it.
|

Screw the new temperature sensor in place.
|
2.
|
Secure the sensor's lead to the wiring harness using new cable ties.
|
3.
|
Fit the wiring harness in place, press the connectors into the holder and tighten the holder's three retaining screws.
|
4.
|
Plug in the three sensor connectors.
|
5.
|
Fit the power steering fluid reservoir back in place.
|
6.
|
Refit the pressure pipe.
|
