The method described here can be used only if the battery has enough power to operate the clutch actuator unit.
|

|
If necessary, the engine can be started by pushing or towing the car.
|
1.
|
Turn the ignition switch to ON and depress the brake pedal.
|
|
2.
|
Put the gear lever in neutral and release the handbrake.
|
|
3.
|
Start towing or pushing the car.
|
|
4.
|
Engage 2nd or 3rd gear. To engage the clutch in this situation:

|

Wait until the clutch goes into engagement automatically
|
|
|
•
|
Cause the clutch to engage by moving the gear lever towards the appropriate gear (forwards for 3rd gear and rearwards for 2nd gear).
|
