Control module
Control module |
The control module receives continuous information about wheel speeds by means of input signals from the wheel sensors.
If one of the wheels has stronger retardation than the others on braking, the control module activates the solenoid valves so that the hydraulic brake pressure can either be reduced or held constant, enabling each wheel to utilize the friction of the road surface to the maximum.
The control module has:
• |
A main relay
|
• |
A pump relay
|
• |
A 4-pin connector for power supply and ground
|
• |
A 6-pin connector for the solenoid valves
