Removal |
1. |
Depress the brake pedal with a
brake clamp.
|
2. |
Lift the car and remove the wheel on the side where the hose is to be changed.

3. |
Undo the connection at the brake caliper and the connection between the brake
pipe and brake hose. Plug the brake pipe.

4. |
Remove the clip and take away the hose.

Fitting |

1. |
Fit the new brake hose to the
brake pipe and fit the clip.
|
2. |
Fit the hose to the brake caliper. Make sure that the hose is turned correctly.

3. |
Bleed the brake system (A).

Fit the wheels and tighten the wheel studs.
Tightening torque - light alloy wheels 117 Nm (86.6 lbf ft) - pressed steel wheels 100 Nm (67-78) |
5. |
Check the tightness of the brake hose
connections.
