Removal |

Clean the connections of the
damaged brake pipe.

Unscrew the brake pipe and any other securing clip.

Insert plastic plugs into the open
connections and removed the damaged brake pipe.

Fitting |

Using compressed air, blow the
new brake pipe clean.
|
2. |
Position the pipe, remove the plastic plugs and tighten the connecting
nuts.
Tightening torque 15 Nm (11 lbf ft) |
3. |
Bleed the brake system. See section "Bleeding the brake system".

4. |
Check the tightness of all brake pipe
connections.
