Sunroof drive cable

| To remove | 
| 1. | Remove the sunroof
assembly. | |
| 2. | Remove the motor. | |
| 3. | Remove the glass sunroof. | |
| 4. | Remove the rain gutter. | |
| 5. | Remove the locking ring and bend out the spring. | |
| 6. | Remove the screw securing the cover at the rear, one cover strip on each
side.   | |
| 7. | Move the rain gutter holders downwards towards the rear and withdraw
them from the rail, one on each side.

| 8. | Press down the catch at the rear of the slide mechanism and pull it
rearwards. | |
| 9. | Withdraw the cable to the rear. | |
| 10. | Disconnect the cable from the slide mechanism, using a small
screwdriver (snap-on fastener). | |
| To fit | 
 
   
   | 1. | Attach the cable to the slide
mechanism. | |
| 2. | Insert the slide mechanism with cable until it snaps into place. | |
| 3. | Fit the rain gutter holders. | |
| 4. | Fit the anti-vibration spring and locking ring. | |
| 5. | Apply a little adhesive to the rear edge of the covers. | |
| 6. | Fit the rain gutter. | |
| 7. | Adjust the cables on both sides. Check that the rivet is midway between
the two marks on the link.   | |
| 8. | Fit the motor. | |
| 9. | Fit the glass sunroof. | |
| 10. | Fit the sunroof
assembly. | |
