Function

DIAGNOSTIC STATUS

This command has the following submenus:

• EVAP

• THREE WAY CATALYTIC CONVERTER

• FRONT HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (oxygen sensor 1)

• REAR HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (oxygen sensor 2)

• PREHEAT OXY SENSOR FRONT.

• TRIP OBD II

Each command produces an answer indicating whether the corresponding OBD II diagnosis has been monitored.

Answer: "READY"/"NOT READY"

CLOSED LOOP

YES/NO

Internal Trionic status indicating whether closed loop is active (=YES).

CHECK ENGINE request

YES/NO

Input signal from transmission control module indicating whether the transmission has stored any emission-related OBD II diagnostic trouble code (=YES).

PREHEAT OXY SENSOR FRONT

ON/OFF

Internal Trionic status indicating whether the oxygen sensor's heating circuit is activated (=ON).

PREHEAT OXY SENSOR REAR

ON/OFF

Internal Trionic status indicating whether the oxygen sensor's heating circuit is activated (=ON).

ENGINE TORQUE LIMITATION

Input from transmission control module, see "Test readings, control module connections".

DRIVE ON/ OFF

Input signal from transmission control module indicating gear position. Range of measurement: P, N = "OFF" = 0 V D, 3, 2, 1 = "ON" = 12 V

BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH

Input from brake light switch. "ON" = 12 V, "OFF" = 0 V

CRUISE CONTROL

ON/OFF

Input signal from Cruise Control system's control module. "ON" = 0 V, "OFF" = 12 V

A/C IN

Input signal from ICE via antifrost thermostat. "ON" = 12 V, "OFF" = 0 V

A/C OUT
