Check that fuses 17 and 34 are
intact and live.

Connect a BOB and check whether voltage is present on pins 9 and 15 by taking
a reading across pin 9 and a good ground and also across pin 15 and a good ground.
The reading should be 12 V. |

If the voltage reading is not OK, check the wiring for continuity/shorting.
