Replacing wiring harness in front door

Unplug the 26-pin connector by the front door hinge.
|
|
3.
|
Press together the clips securing the 26-pin connector on the side of the front door. Unplug all connectors in the front door.
|
|
4.
|
Pull out the wiring harness through the opening in the side of the front door.
|
|
5.
|
Fit the new wiring harness, checking the markings, connector colour codes and lead codes carefully against the wiring diagrams in Service Manual "3:2 Electrical system, Wiring diagrams".

Note

|
Secure the wiring harness in a suitable way to prevent rattling!
|
|
Fit the trim in reverse order.
