Stepping motor for air-blending damper

To remove


1. Remove the glove box.


2. Remove the panel from the side of the centre console.

3. Remove the air duct on the floor.

4. Remove the two stepping motor retaining screws.


5. Unplug the connector.


To fit


1. Plug in the connector.


2. Fit the stepping motor in place and tighten the two screws.

3. Refit the floor air duct.


4. Refit the panel on the side of the centre console.

5. Refit the glove box.


6. Calibrate the ACC system by pressing the "AUTO" and "OFF" buttons simultaneously.

Important

On initiating calibration, all previous trouble codes will be cleared. Before starting calibration, a readout must be obtained of all trouble codes stored in the memory.
