Operate the soft top mechanism to the position illustrated.

Take out the cushion in the rear seat.
|
|
| 3. |
Remove the screw securing the front seat belt to the floor.
|
|
| 4. |
Detach the door seal from the side trim.
|
|
| 5. |
Remove the cover and screw securing the trim to the B-pillar.
|
|
| 6. |
Remove the plastic screws securing the bottom of the trim.
|
|
| 7. |
Fold forward the backrest.
|
|
| 8. |
Remove the screw and plastic screw securing the rear of the trim.
|
|
| 10. |
Extract the seat belt from the side trim.
|
|
| 11. |
Unplug the connector to the lamp and lift away the side trim.

| To fit |
| 1. |
Plug in the connector to the lamp.
|
|
| 2. |
Insert the seat belt through the hole in the strap guide cover.
|
|
| 3. |
Put the trim in position and press on the clip in the top rear corner.
|
|
| 4. |
Tighten the screw and press on the plastic screws securing the rear of the side trim.
|
|
| 5. |
Raise the backrest.
|
|
| 6. |
Press on the plastic clip securing the bottom of the side trim.
|
|
| 7. |
Tighten the screw securing the trim to the B-pillar and then press on the cover.
|
|
| 8. |
Refit the door seal.
|
|
| 9. |
Make sure the seat belt has not become twisted and then tighten the screw securing it to the floor.
Tightening torque 45 Nm (33.3 lbf ft) |

Put back the cushion in the rear seat.
