Has the bottom end position of the main motor been programmed incorrectly?
Reprogram the soft top. See

Are the side rail screws loose?
Tighten the screws indicated on the illustration.

Remove one screw at a time and apply threadlocker to the screw threads.

Determine which side is causing the problem.

Remove the three 13 mm nuts securing the soft top mechanism to the chassis.

Lift up one side of the soft top unit slightly from the luggage compartment. Support it with a block of wood. Be careful of sharp edges and make sure not to damage the edge of the luggage compartment.

Undo the four main motor retaining bolts and rotate the motor housing slightly forwards.

Tighten the main motor.
