Are the front side rail screws loose?

Undo the three screws. Apply threadlocker and retighten them.

Tighten the screws as instructed in MI 811-1663, step 4.

If the screws have been loose for some time, the blind rivet might also have become loose. Drill out the blind rivet and replace it with a new one.
