Soft top cover latch incorrectly adjusted?

Make sure the latch fittings are not jamming or sticking, see arrows in the illustration.
Also check the adjustment of the soft top cover latches with the soft top completely raised, as the fifth bow then presses down on the soft top cover.
If the latch fittings jam or stick, adjust the latch and latch fittings. See
