To remove the lock cylinder, the key must first be inserted in the lock to release it. |

Remove the spring from the
casting.

Remove the locking washer securing the casting to the lock cylinder
|

Pull the casting away from the lock cylinder.
|

| 4. |
Pull the driver off the lock cylinder.
|
|
| 5. |
Use the key to rotate the lock cylinder 45° anticlockwise so that it
clears the handle and then press it out of the handle.

Remove the locking washer
securing the driver to the cylinder.

| 2. |
Pull the driver and spring off the lock cylinder.
|
|
| 3. |
Use the key to rotate the lock cylinder 45° anticlockwise so that it
clears the handle and then press it out of the handle.

Fit in reverse order.

Lock on driver's side: Grease the retaining ball on fitting it. |

|
The lock cylinder should be fitted with the drain hole at the bottom, facing downwards. |
