Remove the tailgate opening
button.

Remove the cover plate from the opening handle's holder and remove the
handle.
|

| 3. |
Remove the door mirror cover plate.
|
|
| 4. |
Remove the door pull cover plate.
|
|
| 5. |
Undo the screws securing the door trim.
|
|
| 6. |
Pull away the door trim (fastened with clips) and lift it off the locking button.
|

| To fit |
Fit in reverse order.
