Slide mechanism, sunroof


To remove


1. Remove the glass sunroof.

2. Pull the spring off the shaft

3. Remove the retaining screw at the front so that the guide can be tilted forward. Push out the pin.

4. Remove the circlip securing the rear pin and push out the pin.


To fit



1. Fit the spring on the guide rail.

2. Insert the rear shaft and fit the circlip.

3. Insert the rear shaft. Turn the shaft with the cone facing outwards.

4. Bend the rear guide and tighten the screw.

5. Fit the glass sunroof.


Adjustment of the slide mechanism's adjusting blocks


1. Remove the glass sunroof.

2. Undo the screws securing the adjusting blocks.

3. Adjust the blocks so that they enter their grooves without touching them when the sunroof is opened.


After adjustment:

Fit the glass sunroof.
