To remove


1. Raise the car and remove the front wheel on the side where the engine mounting is to be replaced.

2. Remove the wing liner and spoiler section and position a jack with a wooden block under the engine or gearbox.

3. Undo the bolts securing the engine mounting to the body.

4. Lower the engine slightly and unbolt the engine mounting from the bracket.


To fit



1. Bolt the engine mounting to the bracket.

Tightening torque: 39 Nm (29 lbf ft).

2. Raise the engine and tighten the engine mounting to the body. Remove the jack.

Tightening torque: 73 Nm (54 lbf ft).

3. Fit the spoiler section and wing liner.

4. Refit the wheel and tighten the bolts.

Tightening torque 110 Nm (81 lbf ft).

5. Lower the car to the floor.
