Ignition discharge module

To remove



1. Unplug the connector.

2. Remove the 4 bolts.

3. Lift up the ignition discharge module.


To fit

Fit in reverse order.

Tightening torque 11 Nm (8.1 lbf ft)

Changing the spring



1. Turn the ignition discharge module upside down and remove the 8 screws.

2. Lift off the black bottom part of the ignition discharge module.

3. To change the spring, use a screwdriver to prise out the old spring.

4. Then fit the new spring in place.
