Pillar identification


The body pillars are denoted by letters as follows:

Five-door body:

A-pillar = Between windscreen and front door aperture.

B-pillar = Between front and rear door aperture.

C-pillar = Between the rear door aperture and the fixed side window.

D-pillar = Between the fixed side window and aperture for the tailgate.

Three-door body:

A-pillar = Between windscreen and front door aperture.

B-pillar = Between front and rear door aperture.

C- pillar = Between the rear door aperture and the aperture for the tailgate.
