Adjustment of front and rear doors

The door is located in the correct position by a tapered pin in a tapered hole.

Fine adjustment upwards:

Slacken the bolts and adjust the door.

Fine adjustment downwards, inwards and outwards:

Grind down the lug 3-4 mm. Protect the paintwork when grinding. Apply anti-corrosion agent to the bare metal.

Fine adjustment rearwards:

Grind down the lug as above and fit shims between the hinge halves.
