Replacement of hinges

To remove

Open the bonnet and remove the windscreen wipers.

Note
Since the wipers are of unequal length, it is advisable to mark their positions before removing them.

Remove the bonnet sealing moulding at the bulkhead partition.

Remove the cover panel over the space between the bulkhead partitions (2 retaining bolts).

Protect the bonnet and front wings and remove the hinge from the bonnet.

Remove the hinge from the front wing (3 retaining bolts, of which the self-tapping bolt is also a retaining bolt for the wing).

To fit

Fit in reverse order.
