Fitting a service port - B204L only.

Dismantling


1. Raise the car.


2. Open the bonnet.

3. Detach the purge line from the rubber hose on the EVAP canister purge valve.

4. Detach the purge line from the securing clip.


To fit



1. Press the purge line onto the service port with tool 83 94 546.

2. Connect the service port to the rubber hose on the EVAP canister purge valve.


3. Secure the purge line with the clip.

4. Pressurize the system and check for any leaks in the service port installation.
